Natural Remedies For Hot Flashes

Ayurveda offers natural remedies for hot flashes but there is a catch. You have to know your body type according to Ayurveda to decide which natural remedies are for you. Determining your body type can be very complicated or very simple. for this article, I am going to make it simple. Take a deep breath in, ask your self, are your anxious? Dosha balance can be determined by the menstrual flow also. If you are vata type you may have scant menses, pitta type may have floods of blood, and kapha type may have thick sticky blood flow. These observations are very important for you to be able to see if your whole system is out of balance. This is important because isolating hot flashes as though they are not connected to other health imbalances will impede your ability to get rid of the hot flashes and bring your body back into balance.
